Comfortable and well equipped room with clean and tidy environment. It’s very nice and relax stay, from food to service are awesome, especially friendly front desk, Porter, restaurant staff and even housekeeping. From the moment I step in hotel till last day, the hotel staff front desk young girls was extremely helpful and friendly (too bad I wasn’t remember her name but one of them is with braces)

The place was beautiful. The pool area and the lobby were nice as well. Glass walls lift where you can see the pool and appreciate the pool view as you ascend or descend. The room was huge, and the bed was very comfortable. Bathtub and shower were excellent. The staff were very helpful, and they assist you in getting a cab.

The staff, the 2 younger ladies at the reception, are very friendly, helpful, and smiling. Also, the man that's helped us with the luggage. I didn't catch the name but were lovely, She also helped me to find out places to go and book the taxi. The position of the hotel is good, just 15 and 25 minutes from the 2 airport. The room is very big,massive big. The big pool. The breakfast.

We obtained the family room that we had booked as a couple with a 10-year-old child, and the hotel staff was both friendly and professional when we were checking in. Our room was located at the ground level of the hotel, with exit to the pool area and lounge chairs. We were also allocated a safe parking space at the hotel's private parking area at no extra costs. I did in particular like the large bath tub in the fully equipped bathroom. The hotel has visibly come of age, so that one may expect little compromises here and there. I noticed that our door did not always open upon inserting the key card into the proper slot. The breakfast buffet was excellent, both in terms of selection/diversity and the quality of the individual food items. Given the relatively small number of hotel guests during the ongoing Covid19 pandemic, we did not take that excellent breakfast service for granted.

it’s a huge property and during normal working hours they are really helpful. it also only took me 30 minutes to get to the airport by taxi, on the meter around 200baht with no traffic, so make sure you ask for meter only outside of rush hour traffic otherwise they try to set a price and you could be looking at double. the staff were really helpful with this.

Breakdast had wide range on offer to a high standard also catered for local taste Nice hotel, clean, very large spacious well designed room with both bath and shower, staff were great all very helpful, good value for money
